Fun Morning!

This morning we went and got Joli and met Abby at the Library to listen to our favorite band, Hullabaloo! Luckily, there was a playground on the other side of the library and we killed some time until the concert started! It was Charlotte's first time in the swing!
I was a very brave Mommy and didn't even use Clorox wipes to clean the very dirty swing off!
She loved it!
We went to the other side of the library to wait for the concert to start! Lilly was so nice and shared her leaf with Charlotte!
Steve from Hullabaloo passed out scarves for the kids to use during the concert. Joli thought this was a great opportunity to cover Syrus' head with them!
Aren't the girls so cute! Lilly will be one in about a month and is getting cuter every day!
I think music class is paying off. Charlotte knew exactly what to do with the shakers! She shook for a while then chewed on them. Typical!
Joli had a great time and was sure to snatch up anything that was laying on the ground and put it to use!
We had a blast and Charlotte hasn't napped yet, she just loves having Joli around!

Happy Birthday Grammy!

Happy Birthday Grammy! This morning Charlotte had some birthday pretend coffee in your honor! Don't you just love the yogurt mustache to go along with it!?!

Charlotte and Baylie

It was a gorgeous day today! We played outside for a while and Charlotte was having a blast standing up!
She thought the tree was very interesting.

Eventually she got tired of standing and had a seat.
Then she decided she wanted to stand again but it was a little too high up to grab onto!
So she longingly watched Baylie playing Frisbee.

Who says she needs any siblings... yet!!! She has a dog to play with! Yes, they were fighting over who got to chew on the frisbee.
I think Baylie won.

Girls Night!

Tonight we had Robyn, Nikki, Lisa and her friend Jessica who is visiting, over for dinner. Jessica has a son, Cole, who is 15 months old. Charlotte didn't know what to do with two friends to play with!

I didn't realize it had been so long until Robyn asked to see Charlotte's hammock and I was confused as to why she hadn't see it before until she informed me she hadn't been over since before Charlotte was born!It was nice to have Lisa back over. She has been really sick the last few weeks and not able to really leave the house. Why you ask? She is pregnant again! Yay!!! Charlotte was excited to see her sort of back to her normal self and can't want to have another friend to play with!
Cole was very good at sharing!
Charlotte wasn't so polite. She saw a full head of hair and went in for the grab!
Joli didn't feel well and was very into just watching T.V. Charlotte wanted to play with her very badly!
We had a great time seeing our friends!

Uncle Alex!

Uncle Alex came over to pick up some mail and Charlotte just so happened to be awake since she only slept for a half hour... We played outside for a while and I think Charlotte was happy to see someone besides Mommy!

Fun!

We have been just hanging out the last couple days. Charlotte is obsessed with my feet and trying to chew on my toes! Good thing I had just gotten out of the shower!

We went to music class today. Charlotte was a little tired but only whimpered a few times. She really liked chewing on her lollipop drum instead of playing it. Oh well.... The teacher said today that music and movement and developing rhythm can help develop math skills... I think I know why I was awful in math!

Tonight we went out to dinner with Abby and the kids. Charlotte and Lilly are both getting so big!
Lilly was beating up poor Charlotte!
What is so interesting? Syrus' movie of course!

Outside!

Charlotte had a bit of a runny nose in the beginning of the week. The only things I could think to do were nurse a lot, put a humidifier in her room, and expose her to lots of fresh air and sun! Charlotte definitely doesn't mind playing outside in the nice weather, and I think her cold is all gone!
