Goodbye 2009!

Happy New Year's Eve!!! It snowed again in New Hampshire today and we spent some nice family time playing outside! We have had a great year! We have loved watching Charlotte grow over the last 10 months! We can't wait to see what the future has in store! Happy New Year!

Snow!

We arrived in New Hampshire yesterday after a very long car ride! We were so excited this afternoon when it started snowing! It flurried while we were in New York, but today it actually snowed! We bundled Charlotte up and took her outside. She wasn't too sure about the big, cold, wet flakes falling on her face! Chris even took her sledding down the hill! Even though it wasn't much snow, it stuck to all the trees and it looks so pretty out!

Grandma's

We were suppose to leave today for Chris' house but the weather wasn't too good and me being the big baby that I am, was a little nervous to have Charlotte in the car and the roads being icy. So instead we went over to Grandma's. Chris was glad to have some more men to outnumber the women, and was so happy everyone found his jokes funny, and others even joined in on the joke telling! He thinks he is so funny!Charlotte was the life of the party as usual!

She gave Mimi lots of kisses to hold her over until we see her again!
Grandma made a wonderful breakfast and Charlotte thought her pancakes were delicious!
Kelly wasn't afraid of getting spit up on this time!
Charlotte just loves her Great Uncle Rodney! He is so silly!
Grandma made a superb Italian dinner! Charlotte had a whole meatball and about five Gnocchi! She is such a good Italian baby!

Merry Christmas!

We had a very nice and relaxing Christmas. Charlotte throughly enjoyed eating the tissue paper, and by the end of the night she was pretty good at tearing packages open! Uncle Rodney, Aunt Karen, Kelly and Kelly's grandparents Kay and Andy came up and of course Grandma and Grandpa were here. Charlotte really enjoyed teasing Uncle Rodney by pretending to pass him the bow and then snatching it back. It is really neat to watch her figure out new things. Charlotte got a "Christmas Doggie" to match mine that I got when I was two, and lots and lots of toys, books and teddy's. Chris got a spear-fishing gun, and a mini indoor helicopter, and Chris got me earrings from Tiffany's! We had a fabulous antipasti for an afternoon snack, in keeping with Italian tradition, and a delicious filet for dinner! It was great to see Charlotte enjoy her first Christmas, and even more special that Chris was here this year to spend it with us! We hope you had a wonderful holiday!
