Happy Valentine's Day!
We're in Las Vegas for the weekend, more pictures to come when we get back, the internet here is a bit slow! Happy Valentine's Day!

Music!
Charlotte really enjoyed Music class today! She was dancing and clapping the whole time! She is definitely a mover though and decided to join our friend Lilly at the doors for some dancing!
Ms. Dayna scooped her up to sing with her! She actually sat in her lap the whole song!
We played with the parachute again today and Charlotte thought it was really funny!
We were all laughing at the girls lounging as we spun the parachute around!
Of course we had to end class with our "shaking song".
Lilly and Charlotte shared maracas.
This was the end of our session but we are going to start a new one next week! Yay!

Scary Animals!
This morning Chris didn't have to be to work until noon, so we decided to go to the Zoo for a quick stroll!
Charlotte really likes looking at the fish... and to our surprise there was a Hippo in the same tank!
Daddy and Charlotte watched the Hippo, who was very friendly!
Once the hippo moved and looked like he was going to come out of the aquarium, Charlotte started to cry and I heard Chris say "It's OK, Daddy won't let the hippo get you!" So cute!
We moved on to the gorilla's and Charlotte didn't want to look at them either! They were up nice and close to the window!
Apparently she is afraid of the animals! We will have to just keep going until she decides she likes them!

Superbowl
Yesterday we had some friends over for the Superbowl. Chris was trying to pick up the house, but Charlotte was trying to make a bigger mess! She desperately wanted her Binkys from the dishwasher!
Willie and Josh came over early and entertained Charlotte. Charlotte was being a goofball and thought it was fun to crawl around with her sock in her mouth!
Once Joli arrived, Charlotte was thrilled! They played "hide and seek" around the chair and Charlotte decided it was pretty much the best game ever!
All that playing makes a girl thirsty!
Since we all had snacks on the table, Charlotte wanted some of her own!
Joli was very nice to Charlotte and played with her for quite a while! Poor Joli gets picked on so much by Charlotte. You may wonder how a little baby could pick on a three year old... well Charlotte is VERY grabby and poor Joli gets scolded anytime she even thinks about retaliating. I'm just waiting until Charlotte is a little more stable on her feet and then Joli can fight back!
Charlotte enjoyed hanging out on Willie's shoulders and watching the game... or staring at Josh.
Chris and Joe had missed each other and snuggled.
Charlotte really wanted some guacamole!
The table was a whole new world to her. She thought it was so fun to look through the glass!
She was trying to eat Lisa's buttons, but we were cracking up. Pretty soon Lisa will have a new baby attached to her!
After Charlotte's bath Joli came in to play with her. Charlotte loves her so much!
She just doesn't know how to be gentle! Joli yelled at Charlotte to be careful, because apparently Charlotte was poking the baby in Joli's belly! Lisa told Joli she was going to be a great big sister to the baby, to which Joli replied "and a good big sister to Baby Charlotte!" So cute!

Music and Abby's!
Charlotte has gone from being the quiet, reserved baby who sits and listens to Miss. Dayna's music, to a traveling participant. She was all over the place at music today!
She somehow ended up in the pile of scarves.
The parachute was a bit scary to her, but she stuck it out and went for a ride.
Nothing like a yawn in between shakes!
After Charlotte's afternoon nap we went over to Abby's to play and have dinner!
The kids were on their best behavior tonight since Shane was home. We were hoping he would get a taste of what it's like... but they made us out to be liars!
Charlotte wanted to go outside and play with the big kids so badly!
She settled for having a dinner date with Lilly!
We had a great time and kids stayed up later than normal yet were still so happy!

Playground
The girls had fun swinging!
Charlotte was pretty happy (which decreased as the day went on!).
I brought Charlotte over to try out the jungle gym. She likes steps, but I think the holes in the floor were a little scary to her.
She crawled over to me and then wouldn't let me put her back down!
I don't think it helped that Joli found a big stick and claimed to be a Pirate and was trying to hit Charlotte with her "sword". Hmm... Just remember Lisa... whatever Joli teach Charlotte, Charlotte will be sure to try out on the new baby!

Charlotte loves to swing!
She got a package from Mimi, Grandma and Grandpa Great with some new musical instruments and some of my old puzzles! She loved the bells!
She had to taste them too... apparently they get her approval!
