Today after meeting with the pediatrician, Lisa and Joli met me at the baby store to help with getting the car seat and bringing back the extra swing. We were in and out of the store and drove around back to pick up the car seat in the loading section. We had to wait a little bit for them to find the right one, so we decided to hang out in my car. Lisa was in the rear passenger seat, I was sitting in the passenger seat, and Joli was standing on the drivers seat playing. I took the keys out of the ignition so we wouldn't have any issues and we hung out until finally the man brought out the seat. We figured we should go back to my house and install it since we needed to open the package etc. Lisa took Joli and went back to her car, I walked around to the drivers side and realized Joli had locked the doors while she was playing, and we shut all the doors of the car, with the keys inside! The two year old outsmarts us again. I called USAA and they sent someone over to unlock the car for us! Joli went to take a nap, then they came back over for dinner and to put in the seat !
Here is an old photo of what the house looked like when I returned and we unpacked all the packages that were waiting for me! There was no room in my recycling bin that week!

Joli was a little confused and kept saying "my carseat". She has already started to tell me that there is a baby in HER belly. Once we went inside she asked to go in the baby's swing again, (the hammock) and proceeded to hang out until I told her she could get in the big bed with Baylie! Hopefully the baby will like the hammock just as much!

Lisa put all the straps on, and then told me we were ready for guinea pig bear again! He looks nice and safe!

Finished product! We had a little trouble getting the car seat so it wouldn't move, but finally Lisa got in the car and pushed with her stomach against the back of it and that thing isn't going anywhere!

This happened while we were making dinner. Joli decided it would be fun to take out all of the little notes and scatter them across the floor! Just getting me prepared for a two year old!
