Early Thanksgiving!

Since the boys won't be here for Thanksgiving this year, Lisa cooked Thanksgiving dinner on Friday night for us. Charlotte was in a crazy mood and was pretty cooperative for photos! Joli was excited that Lisa let her get out the Halloween/Thanksgiving decorations but Charlotte wasn't too thrilled with the witch.
She was thrilled with Joli's kitchen and carried the cups etc. all around.

Joli didn't want to cooperate with me to take pictures. She told me as we were walking inside that she was all finished with pictures and to stop taking them of her!
Charlotte just loves Markus! She isn't always gentle with him but she managed to not hurt him while I took pictures of them! I don't know when she got to be so big!



Markus was in a great mood as long as someone was holding him!
Lisa made a huge turkey and we had tons of left overs!

It was great having an early Thanksgiving we all could enjoy!

Gymboree

Mimi is here visiting and Charlotte had Gymboree class this morning! She was a little grumpy but enjoyed herself. She really enjoyed putting the balls down the ramp and the bubbles on the parachute! Yesterday she went to the doctor for her 18 month well check. She weighed 22.7 lbs, was 30.5 inches tall and her head circumference was 49 inches! She is in the 20th for height and weight and 90th for her head! It's full of brains!

Playdate

Yesterday Abby and Lisa came over with the kids. Lilly and Charlotte were happy to see each other. Abby said the whole car ride Lilly was saying "Charlotte home".Charlotte actually woke up before noon yesterday, but she was a little tired and clingy. I think she might be working on her eye teeth now that her four molars have cut through!
The kids decided it would be fun to play on the back side of the house?
We came in and had lunch. Charlotte liked having friends to eat with!

For desert, Abby made the kids blueberry's and whipped cream. They of course had to eat outside! She put the little girls at the small table together, and when we came back out, they had migrated to sit with the big kids!

The kids wanted Abby to read a book so she did!
I'm not sure what was so funny but Charlotte must have been doing something to make everyone laugh! I was in the process of putting a new diaper on her but she peed on the ground before I got a new one and brought it back! Oh well, at least we were outside!
Baylie has been totally freaked out the last couple times Lisa and the baby have been over. There are times though that she is fine with Markus, so I don't know what her deal is. Maybe she doesn't like the chaos either!
Lilly wanted a ride in the wagon and Charlotte helped herself in. Lilly wasn't too pleased!
It was a fun, chaotic morning!

Painting

Monday afternoon Charlotte painted when she got up from her nap! She only tried to put her hands in her mouth once and I caught her! We are making progress!

Playground BBQ!

On Sunday our neighbor invited us down to the park for a bbq with the other families in our neighborhood! We had a great time!Charlotte found a ball and thought it was amazing!
Charlotte and Amelie had a great time playing with the ball!Of course Chris took it upon himself to entertain all the children with the water rocket!

Chris was up on the top and Charlotte thought it was so funny. She started dancing!
Daddy helped her climb up too.
And then he helped her climb over the big rocks!
So she could go down the slide!
After a busy night Charlotte unwound by reading a book and chatting with Grammy and Papa!
