Loving the Sun

The morning started off a little breezy but this afternoon was beautiful! Charlotte thought so as well!
She loved being out in the fresh air.
It only lasted for so long though!
Kobi and Lucie wanted to play ball with Chris. They are so different from Baylie though! Once they get the ball they don't want to give it back to you for quite some time!
Soaking in the sun!

We're off for another dinner out with Amy and Jim without the baby! Great Gram is going to watch her tonight and she is SO excited! She keeps saying what a perfect baby she is... hope she doesn't jinx herself!

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! This was my first mother's day and it was great! I got this awesome plate from Charlotte. (I think Chris helped her a little bit!)
We went to Saratoga National Golf Course for a yummy brunch. They had my favorite, Proschitto, Soppersata Salami, fresh Mozzarella and Salad. Everyone thought I was ridiculous because I refilled 3 times with the same foods! It was so good! After brunch we went outside to take some pictures. Here is a picture of 4 generations!
I don't think she likes her Daddy at all! She was so good and slept through most of Brunch!
Chris, Charlotte and I relaxing in the Adirondack chairs!
Me and my baby!
The three of us! Chris was sick of his mohawk and decided to shave the rest of his head! We didn't have any attachments for the clippers so its pretty short!
Our crazy family!

Lots of Fun!

We had been really busy but having lots of fun on vacation! We went to
the Jonesville Country Store the other day with Grandma and Grandpa for lunch! It was yummy!

Yesterday Charlotte and I met Grandpa Skip for lunch and shopping in Saratoga! We had lots of fun walking around and the weather was great! We even got a thunderstorm that night, which is exciting when you live where the weather is always the same!
Chris left in the afternoon and drove to Boston to go to a Red Sox game, so Charlotte and I were flying solo. She was so good for me! Here is Chris at the game. I guess some girl told him that he would be a lot cuter without the mohawk... he said I said the same thing!

Today we went up to Amy's moms for a birthday celebration! There was a huge water gun war!
Maggie mostly watched, but got involved in the action later on!
Molly was soaked!
Amy even joined in on the fun!
Sibling fun!
Charlotte mostly hung out inside and got passed around. She was so happy after taking a 3 1/2 hour nap this afternoon!
This ended badly... with Molly being thrown in the freezing cold pool. Rory volunteered to hold the gate open while Chris went through! Poor Molly.
Jim demonstrates how to hold two children at once!
Rosie loves Charlotte!
And finally... a video of Charlotte rolling over! She has done it a few times, but by the time I get the camera, she is usually done with showing off! This time we caught it! She got a little mad at the end!

Charlotte visits The Funny Farm!

Today we went to Amy's to see her and the kids! It was their first time meeting Charlotte. Charlotte was hungry as soon as we got there, so Amy offered to give her a bottle. We were so impressed at her feeding skills! After five kids you learn how to give a bottle with no hands!
Maggie was so happy to finally meet "baby Sarlot"!
Charlotte meets Rosie. We are sure they are going to cause trouble when they get bigger! They are only 9 months apart, and we sure can count on Maggie for teaching them all sorts of bad tricks!
Rory loves babies!
The Funny Farm kids (minus Aidan who was still at school!) with us and Charlotte!
Amy was joking with Chris that Molly was going to get picked up for a date by a guy and ride on the back of his bike... so Chris thought he would scare Amy and try it out!
Us girls sitting on the front steps!
Rory rode his bike while Chris ran after him! Chris really liked his Red Sox helmet!
After Aidan came home from school he got on his bathing suit and went out by the pool! It wasn't too warm but Chris and Rory decided they would get suit's on also. Us girls decided to watch. Maggie was so cute with her little life jacket on!
Chris jumped in but had trouble convincing Aidan and Rory to get in the cold water. Aidan thought it would be funny to push Chris in the pool!
Chris tried very hard to get Aidan in the pool. Once he and Rory went to the hot tub, Aidan finally jumped in! Chris wasn't brave enough though to go from the hot tub back to the cold pool!
Amy and Charlotte.

Lots of Pictures

Where have we been?!!?? We have been doing so much traveling in the last couple days! As soon as Charlotte got adjusted to being in New Hampshire, we took her to New York!

Friday night we had a get together with family friends in New Hampshire. For the life of me I could not get this picture to turn around, but its so cute! Charlotte loved Kathy!
She thought Corey's hair was crazy just like her Dad's!
She was so happy when Ellen held her!
Saturday morning we took off and stopped at Aunt Pam and Uncle Rick's for breakfast! Here is Charlotte with her Great Uncle Rick!
Our happy family... It turned into not so happy once we got in the car on our way to New York and the dog was going nuts and the baby was screaming... boy was that fun!
Cousin Julia!
Charlotte and Grammy Judith before we left. Poor Grammy was so sad she kept trying to sneak Charlotte away to take her back home with her!
We got to New York and Charlotte was stinky so we had to give her a bath! Mimi's shower is too powerful so we gave her a bath in the sink!
She wasn't too sure about it!
I think she just thought her Daddy's hair was out of control, just like Mommy thinks!
All snug and warm!
Charlotte got to meet her Great Grandparents! We surprised Great Grandma Connie and Great Grandpa Allen! They thought we wouldn't be arriving until Sunday but we showed up a day early and rang their doorbell! Grandma nearly had a heart attack!
Great Grandparents! Great Gram thinks she's REALLY great! She didn't put Charlotte down for hours!
She also got to meet Great Grandma Eda this afternoon! I wish I had my scanner here because I have a very similar picture of Grandma Eda feeing me a bottle when I was about the same age... and believe it or not, Charlotte and I look VERY similar! Charlotte loves her Great Grandparents and she wants them to know that her feet are NOT cold!!!!
Charlotte got to meet some of her Great Aunts and Great Uncles today! Here she is with Great Uncle Bill and Great Aunt Dee!
Great Aunt Karen was making Charlotte laugh! She kept trying to teach her to say "Karen is my favorite"... Charlotte didn't catch on!

Great Uncle Rodney! We tried to warn her about him....
Stay tuned for more pictures from New York!
