Last Wednesday after Stroller Strides we headed over to the Zoo to meet our friend Meg and the kids that she nannies. Charlotte practiced hanging on the bars. We went to watch the gorillas feeding time and Charlotte was so excited! Then one of the gorilla's started peeing right in front of everyone. Charlotte was beside herself with excitement. She keep yelling HE FOOFED HE FOOFED! It was very entertaining!

Noryan and Charlotte shared apple chips so nicely!

Charlotte was just happy to be out of her stroller!

She found this manhole cover and thought it was amazing. She stood on it, smiled to people, and danced in circles. I could not get her off it!

It is very slow moving walking with a toddler. She has a mind of her own!

The ropes to the snack bar proved to be very interesting too!

Finally we made it to the little playground and Charlotte went across the scary net thing with Meg. She would have NEVER done that with me!

The kids grandmother was in town so she took a picture of us with the little girls!

Charlotte and Malia had lots of fun sliding... with Meg of course. Neither one wanted to go down alone!

Meg told Noryan that they could go to the petting zoo, so we went along too. Luckily Charlotte didn't know that it was a "petting" zoo and she could touch the animals. I told her to just look. I really don't like petting zoo's!

She touched one goat on the head and that was that.

Then we went to wash hands! This was by far the highlight of the morning.

A sink with automatic faucets just at her level! She was in heaven!

After dragging her and Malia away from the water, we made our way home for a nap!
You dont need a playhouse, just a manhole cover!!!! SHe is a piece of work!!
