This afternoon we met Abby and the kids at the Farmer's Market. Lynsie and Kelley came and met us too since we hadn't seen them in so long! Charlotte only lasted a few minutes in the wagon before she wanted to escape!
The kids had so much fun running around and looking at/picking/running through all the flowers!
Charlotte just wanted to play on Syrus' scooter, which he was NOT pleased with.
Charlotte is tall enough to reach things now... which can be dangerous. I spent all the money I brought and she just kept grabbing things! I have to admit, the tomatoes were pretty yummy!
Then of course it was back to the flowers. The kids were running through the barrels like maniacs! Luckily Lynsie and Kelley were there so we could offset the number of children to number of adults and keep track of them all!
Since the kids played at the flowers for a good 20 minutes I figured we should buy a bunch. Charlotte was pleased with the purchase!
She played peek-a-boo with the lettuce vendor!
She enjoyed a tomato. She is her mothers daughter. Tomatoes are possibly my favorite thing ever.
Then she hid under the sunflowers and flirted with all the people who walked by!
We finally made our way over to the beach after spending at least an hour at the farmers market! Charlotte was big on saying hi to me and the boats that passed!
She also really enjoyed going through Kelley's legs over and over too!
Syrus finally took off his helmet and Charlotte scooped it right up. Lilly was very concerned that Charlotte had Syrus' helmet on!
Syrus didn't mind Charlotte had his helmet. He took off his clothes and played in the water!
It was a lovely afternoon. We went down to Abby's for dinner afterwords and Charlotte was in a great mood for a change! We sure are keeping busy!
