Mission Bay with Daddy

Last Saturday we decided since it would be our last night as a family of three for a while, we should do our most favorite thing, get Phil's BBQ and bring it to the bay to eat. Phil's was packed and we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get our phone in order! Needless to say, Charlotte was a bit grumpy when we arrived!
Daddy quickly settled that by showing her she could pick the weeds beautiful flowers.
She was very happy to be able to run all around!




Daddy made Charlotte a ring from the flowers. She loved it.
Daddy had to try and steal kisses from the meatball! (I don't know if I have ever called her meatball on here, but that is her nickname Chris has for her, and poor thing, it has stuck!)
He tried to steal as many kisses as he could!
Charlotte thought it was really fun to run in circles around daddy.



Then she spotted her friend, the seagull.

She was sad when he flew away.
So Daddy and Charlotte picked more flowers.
Clearly Charlotte was sad that Daddy was leaving!

She wasn't sure she really liked the ring on her finger.
We headed down to the water since it was low tide.

Charlotte loved the rocks, which is her new fascination.

We had a great night together before Chris left and can't wait to have Phil's by the bay again!
